Processos Internacionais na ESPM
USE YOUR INTERNATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Here at ESPM, we reserve a portion of the seats for those who have already taken one of the international exams listed below.
Each one of them requires different performances, and you won't have to take any new tests, not to mention the fact that you can still apply for scholarships and financing as usual. Take advantage of it!
Ways to join
ABITUR
- Registration fee: R$ 50,00
ABITUR is an internationally recognized German educational qualification accepted by ESPM, which reserves a quantity of the general vacancies offered, for this modality.
Only candidates who have taken the exam by 2020, obtaining a minimum final score of 2.7 points in the General Score, 11 points in Mathematics, and 11 points in Portuguese Language will be eligible to apply for the reserved positions in this selection process, based on the ABITUR.
International Baccalaureate
- Registration fee: R$ 50,00
The International Baccalaureate (IB) is an educational qualification internationally recognized and accepted by ESPM, which reserves a number of vacancies in each undergraduate course for the use of this modality.
Candidates who choose this selection process do not need to take a new entrance exam, but only to have taken the Standard Light assessments (Mathematics and Portuguese), with a minimum overall average of 30 points, with a minimum grade of 3 points for mathematics and a minimum grade of 5 points for Portuguese. All scoring modalities are accepted (Standard Level, Higher Level and Math Studies).

Diplôme du Baccalauréat International
- Registration fee: R$ 50,00
The Diplôme du Baccalauréat Intenational (BAC) is a French educational qualification that is internationally recognized and accepted by ESPM, which reserves a number of vacancies in each undergraduate course for this modality.
Only candidates who have completed high school and taken the BAC exam, and achieved a minimum overall average of 16 points, with a minimum score of 15 points in mathematics and a minimum score of 16 points in Portuguese, can apply for the reserved spots in this selection process.

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
- Registration fee: R$ 50,00
The SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) is an American educational qualification that is internationally recognized and accepted by ESPM for admission to its undergraduate courses. ESPM reserves a quantity of the general places offered for this modality.
Only candidates who have taken the exam and obtained a final score equal to or higher than 1,250 points will be eligible to apply for the reserved seats in this selection process, based on the SAT.
Attach to the application a motivational video of the applicant, in Portuguese, of no more than 3 minutes, explaining the reasons that led him/her to choose ESPM. This video is an integral part of the selection process for SAT admission, in order to demonstrate the candidate's communication skills and fluency in Portuguese.

AP (Advanced Placement)
- Registration fee: R$ 50,00
AP (Advanced Placement) is an American educational qualification, internationally recognized, and accepted by ESPM for admission to its undergraduate courses. ESPM reserves a quantity of the general places offered for this modality.
Only candidates who took the exam and obtained a final score of 3 points or more will be eligible to apply for the reserved seats in the selection process based on the AP.
A motivational video in Portuguese of no more than 3 minutes, explaining the reasons that led the applicant to choose ESPM, must be attached to the application. This video is an integral part of the selection process for admission via AP, in order to demonstrate the candidate's communication skills and fluency in Portuguese.
