Responsible for the relationship with companies regarding internships for undergraduate students in São Paulo, its mission is to offer excellence in services that contribute to the personal and professional development of undergraduate students, facilitating their insertion into the corporate world. To this end, it makes available approximately 6 thousand internship openings and manages an annual average of 1900 contracts.

Besides the internship contracts, it supports the professors in external projects with the logistics of transportation and warning to students, also promoting events and activities of academic-business character.

ESPM Channel

CANAL ESPM is an online tool, where our students in all our units can access opportunities for internships, positions, etc. Companies interested in recruiting ESPM students can register and advertise their vacancies for free by accessing the link below.

Internships

It manages all internship contracts, from the signing to the follow-up of the requirements foreseen by the legislation in force. Before beginning an internship, students must present ESTAGIOS with all the documentation required by law.

TASTE

The Company Visit Program is exclusively directed to ESPM students. Professors request the visits according to the subjects and academic-business orientation, combining theory and practice. More than 45 annual visits are made to companies from different sectors of the economy, with the participation of more than 1000 students.

The ESTAGIOS manages all the Internship Commitment Terms, from signing to the follow-up of the requirements foreseen in the Legislation in force, Law nº 11.788/08 of 09/25/08:

ESPM-SÃO PAULO

The contracting company should not keep an intern without a formal contract.

 

The contract must be submitted before or within 30 days of the beginning of the internship. In case of late delivery, it must be accompanied by a copy of the insurance policy dated on or before the beginning of the internship and will be analyzed.

 

We are signing the internship documents only digitally, by the DocuSign digital signature platform: https://www.docusign.com.br/ or similar.

 

The company or the student must insert the document in the platform, indicating all the parties that must sign, ALL in the same process/envelope, leaving ESPM last.

 

For our signature, you must send it through the platform, to the e-mail [email protected], in the name of the person responsible for the signature (it is on the Term of Commitment model).

 

In the case of the Integration Agent, it must provide the sending.

We will not accept scanned, emailed documents or scanned signatures.

The deadline for signature is up to 3 working days.

Post-graduation/Master's

It is common to think that internships (paid or unpaid) are only for high school students, technical courses, and undergraduate students. But we forget that, in fact, the law allows them to be performed by any student who is duly enrolled and in course, which includes graduate courses as well.

 

The rules for graduate internships are the same as for all Higher Education, such as: workload of up to six hours a day and up to 30 hours a week, with a maximum contract time of two years in the same company, and others, described in the internship law.

 

In graduate studies, it is indicated for people who do not yet have much experience in the labor market, or who want to work in a field different from their initial training.
