He holds a PhD in Administration with emphasis in Marketing from the School of Economics, Administration and Accounting (FEA) at the University of São Paulo (USP). He was Visiting Researcher (Sandwich Doctorate) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He holds a Master's degree in Administration from the State University of Maringá (UEM), an MBA in Marketing and Advertising Administration from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the State University of Maringá (UEM).
He is currently a Professor at the Department of Administration (DAD) of the State University of Maringá (UEM). He teaches the disciplines of Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Strategic Marketing Planning, Organizational Strategy, Business Diagnosis,
Consulting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in several specialization courses and MBAs such as Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), Escola Superior de Propagando e Marketing (ESPM), Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-PR) and others.
Has published articles, presented papers and reviews of articles in national and international congresses and journals. Conducts research, teaching and extension activities in the area of Administration, with emphasis on Marketing, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Low-Income Market. She has experience in Consulting for over 15 years, carrying out projects in companies of all sizes and sectors.
