Irma Agárdi: PhD is an Associate Professor in the Marketing and Communication Institute at the Corvinus University of Budapest. Her main research areas are retail digitalization, data-driven marketing and sales strategies, and Customer Relationship Management. She teaches Developing Research Concepts and Models in the PhD program of Corvinus University. Irma is the author of several articles and book chapters on retail topics. Furthermore, she participates regularly in international academic events such as EMAC conferences.
