A communication professional for over 30 years, she is currently Director of Corporate Communication at Telefônica Brasil, owner of the Vivo brand. She graduated in Social Communication from PUC Campinas and has a post-graduate degree in Marketing from ESPM. She was communication director at Deutsche Bank and Tetra Pak, besides having worked at advertising and public relations agencies such as AAB, Ogilvy & Mather and Grupo TV1.
In 2008, she was nominated by the School of Communication and Arts at USP (ECA) as Communication Professional of the Year. In 2014, she launched her first book - Image and Reputation in the Age of Transparency.
Elisa is a member of the Deliberative Council of ABERJE, which organizes and regulates corporate communication in Brazil and is a professor at ESPM in the Master of Transmedia Communication, in the chair of Crisis Prevention and Management. In 2017, she launched her second book on the topic of Reputation Management under the title Risks, Crisis and Reputation.
